How we work

We're the part of the system that answers the phone.

Hardware and software matter, but they're half the job. The other half is a crew that knows your restaurant, your menu, and your Friday night — before anything goes wrong.

The install, step by step

Same playbook since 2002.

  1. 01

    Site visit & fit assessment

We walk your line, your bar, and your flow before we recommend anything. SpotOn and Aloha solve different problems — the restaurant tells us which one you need. No charge, no obligation.

  2. 02

    A straight quote

Hardware, software, installation, training — itemized, in plain English. If the system you already own is doing the job, we'll say so and shake hands.

  3. 03

    Install & menu programming

We run the wiring, mount the stations, and build your menu ourselves — modifiers, coursing, happy hour rules, the works. You review it before it ever takes a live order.

  4. 04

    Training before doors open

Servers, bartenders, kitchen, and managers all get hands-on time before the first real ticket. Go-live day, we're standing in the room.

  5. 05

Support for the life of the system

Menu changes, dead printers, new hires, weird edge cases — you call the same local number and reach people who know your setup. That's the product we're proudest of.

Also in the toolbox

The unglamorous work that keeps you open.

System migrations

Moving off a legacy POS — or between SpotOn and Aloha — without losing your menu, your reporting history, or a night of service.

Menu programming

Seasonal rebuilds, price updates, new concepts. Send us the menu; it shows up on your terminals correct.

Hardware lifecycle

Terminals, printers, kitchen screens, networking — sourced, staged, swapped, and disposed of when they've earned retirement.

No pitch, just a conversation

Tell us about your restaurant.

One phone call, no obligation. If the system you have is working, we'll be the first to tell you to keep it.
